We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very nice, and the bathroom was simply spectacular! The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff was courteous and professional in their approach. They even responded positively to our extra requests. The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it is situated opposite a huge Shopping Mall. This made it convenient for us to explore the nearby food court and enjoy a variety of dining options. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Was all great.

The hotel had a comfortable and unique style which was a refreshing change from usual hotel chains. The continental breakfast and local dishes provided a good start to the day. the hotel was conveniently located close to a main tram interchange and a shopping mall, making exploring the local area easy.
The room could have benefited from more towels and some of the bathroom fixtures may not be suitable for all guests. some areas of the hotel were used as a mirror gallery which seemed out of place.

The hotel had a unique décor that gave it a lot of character and charm. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with large beds and good sized bathrooms. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty and filling.
The hotel lacked some basic amenities, such as a lift, which made it difficult for guests with limited mobility. The public areas were also a bit odd, with large mirrored walls that seemed out of place.
